Artist Statement:

 

My work explores the intersection of tactile craft and digital design; where the handmade and screen mix. With a foundation in painting, ceramics, and mixed-media visual arts, I’m drawn to texture, color, and materiality as ways of expressing connection and curiosity. Whether I’m building a composition with clay or creating a digital layout, I approach each project with the same attention to rhythm, balance, and storytelling.

As an artist and designer, I’m interested in how visual experiences can bring people together. Working with children through community art programs has shaped my belief that creativity is most powerful when it’s shared; when it invites participation, play, and discovery.

Now expanding my practice into graphic design, I aim to combine traditional art techniques with modern tools to create work that feels both personal and purposeful. My process is grounded in curiosity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to making art accessible and engaging for all audiences.
